William (Matt) Kellam

I have been a resident of Franklin County for over 30 years. I came to Chambersburg after graduating from Shepherd University and worked at local radio station WIKZ/WCHA for 17 years. I was an on air personality, Program Director, Station Manager, and General Manager. After leaving radio, I worked in the computer business for four years and eventually went to work at Penn National Golf Course Community in a variety of roles. I was introduced to the concept of Help-U-Sell and in Spring of 2005, my wife and I decided to pursue a dream of owning our own business.
I have served on the local Chamber board, YMCA board, and Exchange club board as well. My wife, Tara, and I have two grown children and two cats with endless lives. Tara has recently taken and passed the ABR course (Accredited Buyer Representative) and I am e-PRO certified.
In 2007, I was involved in transactions worth over 10 million dollars. We look forward to serving many more buyers and sellers in 2008 and beyond.
