We have plenty of experience relocating, having done it ourselves from England 17 years ago and moving across town a couple of times since then. We know the feelings involved in moving to a new continent, across the continent or even just across town. We have a good working knowledge of homes in our area seeing between 10 and 20 homes every week. We work to make each transaction as smooth and comfortable for our clients as possible. Nick Vandekar is an Accredited Buyer Representative and e-PRO, a technology certification awarded by the National Association of Realtors, along with sales awards with Weichert and Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors. Jacqueline Cunningham-Hill who works in association with us is a qualified Seniors Real Estate Specialist as well as an Accredited Buyers Representative.
