Linda has been licensed since 1978 and is a Graduate of The Realtors Institute, Floyd Wickman's STAR Development Training Program and the Scott-White Buyer Brokerage Program, and is an Accredited Buyer Representative through the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, Linda has satisfied the requirements of the Seniors Real Estate Council (SRES), with specialized training to give guidance to Seniors and the e-Pro designation to keep current with marketing trends and technology. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

An e-PRO is a REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real
estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.

GRI Graduate REALTOR Institute
Members involved in residential real estate who want a solid base of information for their practice will want to participate in the REALTOR® Institute program and earn the GRI designation.

SRES® is the only designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve senior property owners. SRES® designees demonstrate requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling a home.
