Having a diverse backround and extensively traveling throughout Asia and the Middle East, has enabled Peter the use of knowing when to bow, kiss or shake hands.
At the age of 18, joining the US Army and serving in Korea, Panama, and Saudi Arabia, serving in the 2nd Infantry Division, 2/75 Ranger Battalion, and eventually the 1st SF Group. Having participated in specific campaigns and becoming a combat veteran has instilled in Peter "When the tough get going, anything can be accomplished!"
After serving in the military, the choices were slim for someone with the "backround" of a warfare specialist and a person jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. The choice was made to work in the Commercial Fishing and Crabbing Industry in Alaska. After having a bout of reactive airway, due to the constant exposure to crab steam, it was time to rethink career options.
In 1994, knowing that it was time to make a career change and leave Seattle, WA was a hard choice to make; however, to be reunited with his biological father after 20 years, who resides in Los Angeles, and begin a new life was a necessity. Medical School was an option but the costs and dedication to be trained as a Physician was ruled out, and Respiratory Therapy became the choice.
Having graduated from Respiratory Care, with top honors, Peter worked nights at the hospital while continuing his education. He syndicated Centurian International Productions, co-produced several beauty pagents, managed minor league musicians, created En Vogue Coultor,and became a silent partner for a small canton noodle company in the Philippines. With the political connections he made in the Philippines, he was offered a high ranking position in the Department of Customs, however declined. During this time he met his wife-to-be, and they both decided to move back to Philadelphia, Peter's hometown, to be closer to family.
Having helped the sick and dying in many different medical facilities for several years; it was time to make a career choice for more flexability, and wanting the ability to spend time with a now growing family. Becoming a REALTOR has been beneficial because every transaction is a learning experience. Primary expertise is obtaining listings to market and sell, utilizing many different technological platforms to increase property, self and brand awareness.
The day begins at 5:30 am with prayer, creating the call list, getting the children dressed and fed; and ends at 10:00 pm with prayer and prepared for the day to come. The heroes in Peter's life are Jesus Christ, his wife and two sons, and the men and women in uniform serving our country here and abroad.
As the well known phrase in Forrest Gump "Life is like a box of chocolates...", with Peter's addition,"but if you never open the box, you never get to taste the chocolate."

Informing the general public of current pre-foreclosure homes to help the curent home-owners from foreclosing.
Freemason clients: donation from closed transaction given to Shriner's Hospital, Scottish Rite Learning Center and Knights Templar Eye Foundation.
General Clientele: donation from closed transaction given to Cross International Catholic Outreach to help benefit the poorest of the poor.
