Bill has also appeared in the pages of a book written by Daniel McGinn "House Lust" ...Americas Obsession With Our Homes, released through Double Day Press in 2008. Bill Sands has become an expert in the vacation home investment market, and has personally owned and managed properties from the Caribbean to the French Riviera. He has been featured for his knowledge in a Forbes.com article in 2008. Additionally, he has been interviewed for numerous articles from real estate trends to residential real estate over the years including the New York Times. Bill has partnered globally with a residential project in the French countryside of La Rochelle. As a community involvement Bill was joined the collection management committee of the Reading Public Museum and art gallery and is an avid supporter of the arts.
