About me - I am married - have two daughters - Abby & Isabelle - a step daughter and step son - and have been blessed with the news that another is on the way! My house seems like a zoo many days! We have a few pets: Tiny - a 14 year old puppy, Charlie - a lazy 5 year old puppy, Daisy - a protective min-pin, Dottie - a stray found at one my rentals, and Josie - my black cat. (I had to say no to the rabbit, hamster, and snake.)

We live out on beautiful Lake Hartwell and enjoy all it has to offer. Our lot is very wooded, so I am able to enjoy the wild-life as well - whether it be turkey, deer, ducks, snakes or raccoons - strange though, I still have not seen a single fish on my fishing pole!

I have an extensive background in real estate. It started as a child, when my mother would drive me around on the weekends and drag me through the "Parade of Homes". I had no idea she was making such a huge impression on my future! I worked as a Real Estate Paralegal for 15 years in Greenville, Charleston and Anderson. I am very familiar with many of the local lenders and mortgage brokers, having garnered some very strong personal relationships over the years. After leaving the law office in 2004, I pursued a new venture with my brothers, both of whom were Real Estate Appraisers. I went back to school and after three years of classes and apprenticeship, received my Real Estate Appraisers License. We run a full-service real estate appraisal firm that covers 10 counties in the Upstate. I know this area well! As a real estate agent, I can offer a wide range of services - just like many other realtors - however, I have an extensive background in real estate, and have a wealth of support from other real estate professionals that enables me to help work through title issues, repair issues, financing issues, selling issues and buying issues.
