April Alsup

Originally licensed in 1996, I have enjoyed a lasting career in real estate and the many wonderful clients I have had the opportunity to assist. Growing up in a family of real estate professionals meant going on showings and to closings even as a tot.

Real estate permitted me to work my way through a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations at the University of South Carolina College of Journalism and Mass Communications. By graduation in 1999, I was well established and in love with my profession, so as it turns out the lure of real estate was too great.

Since that time, I have earned my Broker's license and married my high school sweetheart. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, I adhere to a strong code of ethics and do my very best to ensure my clients have smooth transactions. I consider my clients the most important aspect of what I do and as a result, 90% of my business comes from referrals.
