Bill and Jenny Swygert are Edisto's original husband/wife REALTOR® team, offering twice the service and support to their clients.

Bill was born and raised in West Columbia, South Carolina and has been coming to Edisto since he was three years old. A fourteen-year Army veteran, he has traveled all over the world and has found no other place as perfect as Edisto.
Jenny grew up in Gainesville, Florida surrounded by warm weather and sunshine. After earning a bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Princeton University in New Jersey, she moved to South Carolina, earned her M.B.A. from USC, and has lived in the Palmetto State ever since.

Bill and Jenny met each other in Columbia, South Carolina in a grief support group after each of our spouses died in separate, unexpected, tragic accidents. They hit it off immediately and have been inseparable ever since. They say that “our experiences have taught us that life is fleeting and every minute is precious.” Following their dreams, they moved to Edisto. They now live happily on the banks of Big Bay Creek with their four daughters and their friendly Yellow Lab Sampson.
