Working side by side with her husband, Edisto native, Mark Steedley, himself an accomplished business owner, Realtor® and community leader utimately led to the creation of Atwood Vacations & Atwood Vacations Real Estate. Evolved from the former Atwood Agency which was established in 1954, Atwood Vacations Real Estate and Atwood Vacations were designed to give the company a fresh new look and appeal while providing island visitors, residents and property owners the best property management tools, real estate services and name recognition on the island.

Along with her dedicated support staff, Gina is committed to providing her clients with first-class service firmly rooted in honesty, integrity and the highest ethical standards. From the latest marketing technologies to the not-so-simple act of listening, clients are rewarded with Gina’s famous results-oriented style.

With over eighteen years of real estate experience, Gina is still evolving and learning. Gina is not all business, however, she is also a community leader and mother of a modern day blended family. Her real estate experiences in new construction and community development have ultimately helped her enrich the lives of others on Edisto Island and beyond. Sharing the joy of homeownership with those who otherwise could not, has led to the establishment of the Edisto Island Habitat for Humanity ReStore. In addition, Gina serves as a member of the Sea Island Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors. Gina instills her spirit of giving with her children by actively involving them in hands-on community- based projects.
