A graduate of Kent State University with a Masters degree in Philosophy, I grew up in northeastern Ohio and moved to the Carolinas in 1979. I have been a resident of Fort Mill since 1996. Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have been the hallmarks of success throughout my career.
I enjoy community involvement. I have served as a member of the Tega Cay Council of the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce and as President of the Palmetto Plantation Association. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a licensed Broker in South Carolina and North Carolina. I enjoy teaching seminars, public speaking, and . . . I attempt to enjoy golf!

You will get the help you need, when you need it! While I am skilled at helping you with all of the details of the transaction, alas, I am not a carpenter, electrician, or plumber! I can, however, refer you to a broad variety of qualified people to help you with minor or major repairs, home staging, landscaping, and more!

In addition, I will develop a marketing plan with a clear strategy specifically for your home, because I have learned that “one size” does not always “fit all”.
