As a Realtor, I’ve represented buyers and sellers of single family homes and lots. This experience involved cash, financed, short-sale, and foreclosed transactions. As a real estate investor, my experience includes new construction and re-sale (restoration and remodeling) of single family homes. My investments include properties in Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Arkansas, and South Carolina.

My wife Linda and I have five children with five grandchildren. We moved to the Pebble Creek Country Club Area in 2009, relocating from Marco Island, FL. This allows us to be closer to our families located in Apex, Ashville, Charlotte, and Raleigh, North Carolina.
