I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia and lived my entire life from 5 years old until 49 in that area. I married and moved to Greenville, SC in 1998 and after two years worked in the mortgage industry. I incorporated that knowledge into working with people facing foreclosure and bankruptcy to negotiate with their lenders and hopefully save their homes in the process.
After becoming a Realtor I took the knowledge of both of those industries and added them to become a full service Professional helping people in High Stress situations overcome and move forward with their lives. That could be helping them Buy their first home, sell a home facing foreclosure, finding housing for those not able to stay in their homes through the investors I know, relocating into their dream homes, even probate and divorce - basically changing what could have been devastating circumstances into a happier than expected ending.

In some form or another I have been involved in the real estate industry since 2000. I learned how to do a mortgage first, the right way, not ripping people off and taking advantage of the situation. I then went into business with some friends of my husband and became a short sale consultant for a few years. Someone in my investor organization talked me into becoming a Realtor about 5 years ago.
I have taken my expertise and rolled that knowledge into helping first time home buyers, and other high stress challenged clients - foreclosure, bankruptcy, divorce, relocation and even probate issues. I also list houses and work with seasoned buyers, however, my calling seems to be in the direction of what I have learned over the past almost 10 years in this industry. I am so happy when I can turn a frown upside down!
