Julie Gifford has been sucessfully marketing properties and matching homes and land to buyers since 1999 in the Clemson, SC and lake areas of Oconee County, SC & Pickens County, SC. South Carolina is currently not a mandatory "Broker" state-- meaning an agent is not required to complete an additional 60 hours in Real Estate business, ethics, and complicated agency relationships--- But Julie Gifford has done this and passed the state's stringent testing requirements to become a Broker-in-Charge.

In mid 2008, she teamed up with her current business partner/ co-owner Sharalyn Kluke to form their own company "Got Real Estate, LLC". In the Oconee/Pickens area-- their marketing concept of "Full Service/One Listing Price" is a more updated Real Estate business model than typically used in this area. It serves to help so many people who are in a poor equity situation with their homes, while not "punishing" those with higher priced properties with a percentage-based listing commission. Sharalyn and Julie hope that by saving their Seller's money at the closing table, they will be "saving" Buyer's as well: properties can be listed closer to their true market value-- which in turn is passed on to the Buyer!
