I have been a full time Real Estate Broker in the Charleston area for over 30 years, specializing in residential real estate. I work hard to provide superior results to my clients and go out of my way to always "listen" to the wants, needs and goals of those I work with. I am married to Dick Lee, we have 3 children and two gorgeous Grandchildren.

I am past President & Vice-President of MLS and served on the Board of Directors of CTAR; I'm also past Chairman of Professional Standards Committee & Grievance Committee. I am a CTAR “Realtor of Distinction” - a distinction only about 7% of all the approximately 6,000 licensed Realtors have earned in the Charleston area. I have even owned my own real estate Company from 1985, until I sold it to Prudential in 1999. Now I concentrate solely on my own private clientele. The point being, to assure you that you will not be working with the "new kid on the block". I enjoy helping my clients find the house that will best suit their needs, and I take pride in my hard work to complete the transaction.
