Quay & Joanne Morgan

The Morgan Team includes Quay and Joanne Morgan and daughter Leslie (who capably serves as our assistant). Quay was born and raised in the Etowah area and knows southeast Tennessee inside and out; Joanne is a transplant from Cleveland, Ohio, but has lived here for over twenty years. The Morgans live on a small farm in Niota (and just outside Athens) along with horses, dogs, goats, a rescued emu, and too many cats. The horses are all quarter horses that Leslie shows at AQHA shows and open shows. The Morgans have been active members of the community for many years and are happy to call McMinn County our home.

Quay and Joanne Morgan hold memberships in two MLS systems - Knoxville Association of Realtors and River Counties Association of Realtors. Both work in the real estate marketplace full time and have many years' experience.

Quay has his broker's license, an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and his insurance license. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate professional, Quay served as president of a clothing manufacturing company for twenty years and was also employed by the TN Department of Commerce & Insurance.

Joanne has ABR and e-Pro real estate designations, as well as a BA from Trevecca Nazarene University and an AAS in Paralegal Studies from Volunteer State Community College.
