Bev Walker

Bev was awarded the Distinguished Certified Real Estate Specialist ( CRS )
certification, considered the Ph.D. of Real Estate and achieved by only 4%
of all Realtor's in the United States. Bev is also a Graduate of the REALTOR'S
Institute.

Believing continued education as a REALTOR® is a must to better serve her clients,
Bev received her Seniors Real Estate Specialist ( SRES ) Designation after special
training to better help Senior clients (those 55 years and above) with their real
estate Sales and Purchases.

A former member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, Bev was listed in the RE/MAX TOP
100 (Dixie Region) and recieved the Prestigious RE/MAX Co-Operative Spirit Award.
Bev has also recieved Certification in the Century 21 VIP and Century 21 Plus
programs.

While a Realtor in Louisiana, Bev was a former member of the Board of Directors
for the Northshore Area Board of Realtors, served on the Professional Standards/Ethics
Committee, a Life Member of the Top Producers Club, held memberships in the Hammond
Chamber of Commerce, Tangipahoa Economic Development Foundation, Tangipahoa
Home Builders Association, the Hammond Kiwanis, the Denham Springs Chamber of
Commerce, is a Graduate of Leadership Tangipahoa in Louisiana and participated in
the Greater Baton Rouge and Greater New Orleans Multiple Listing Systems.

Prior to Bev’s 12 plus years in real estate, Bev was a Civil Engineering Designer
and Land Surveying Technician and has designed many residential subdivision
developments. Bev attended Greenfield Community College and Rhode Island College.

Bev's membership in various Referral Organizations (CREA, CRS, SRES, to mention
