Christine McInerney

Christine McInerney, originally from Philadelphia, PA, moved to Knoxville in 1985 with her family. For Christine, it was love at first site with the beauty of the East Tennessee mountains, lakes, and streams. Christine graduated Farragut High School and then attended the University of Tennessee where she obtained a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Education and then went on and got her Masters of Science in Secondary Science Education. Christine is an eight year veteran of the Knox County Public school system where she worked as a high school Biology teacher.

Christine currently resides in West Knoxville with her two daughters and their rescued animals- two dogs and three cats. In her free time Christine enjoys spending time with her daughters by taking advantage of the wonderful children centered activities Knoxville has to offer. Christine, an avid biker, enjoys exploring the wonders of the East TN mountains and countryside on either her road or mountain bike.
