Gary Lawson

Gary was born and raised here in God's country. His first career was as a traveling man for Southern Railway. He also acquired a contractors license and has built log homes and restored several classic homes in the east Tennessee area. His years of experience in evaluating the quality and value of east Tennessee homes and properties could help you save a lot of money. Having also been involved in the development and marketing of several subdivisions in our area, Gary knows the area and the real estate business.
But, his first love is east Tennessee's lakes and the surrounding areas. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of the area and it people. He enjoys fishing our beautiful lakes and rivers, especially for trout or monster stripers. Gary welcomes every opportunity to tour our area with clients and assist them in becoming familiar with beautiful east Tennessee.

Realtor for 12 years on the Knoxville board. Gary has GRI and E-pro designations. He consisently has received the Award of Excellence from our board for sales volume.His favorite marketing niche is Lake and Mountain property. Gary attributes his continuing success to his dedication to his clients. He is presently pursuing obtaining a Tennessee Real Estate Broker's license.
