About Jennifer

Jennifer Halinkowski resides in Knoxville with her 3 children – her 2 dogs and a cat that is. Although a native of Colorado, she has made Knoxville her home and has embraced the southern lifestyle with open arms.

Jennifer has a passion for traveling and has visited several countries including China, Costa Rica and Germany. She also enjoys exploring the great outdoors of East Tennessee and playing the guitar.

Jennifer attended the University of Colorado where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology while serving in the Air National Guard. She practiced microbiology for a number of years before learning website design and starting her own internet retail business. She went into real estate to make a difference in her community by helping everyone realize that the American dream of home ownership is within reach.!

Our names are Christine McInerney and Jennifer Halinkowski and. We are the Southland GMAC real estate team of McIn-Kowski. We ARE NOT your typical Realtors.
