Rob Howard was born and grew up in the small E. Tennessee town of Benton. After graduating from Polk County high school, Rob moved to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee. He promptly fell in love with the area and all the great things available here.

Rob graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Public Relations and has 5 years of real estate experience. He has earned the coveted G.R.I. designation as a Graduate Realtor from the National Association of Realtors. The educational foundation of this program includes 90 hours of coursework on topics of marketing, servicing listed properties and real estate law.

Rob earned his designation as a Broker through the Tennessee Association of Realtors. Brokers must pass personal and educational thresholds to become a Broker and they must participate in continued education. Rob specializes in working with residential home investors. Some of Rob’s clients are interested in historic homes, foreclosures and H.U.D. properties - turning to him for advice because of his own personal experience as a residential home investor. He is actively involved in purchasing distressed properties for resale and therefore has an abundance of knowledge to share with his clients.

Always seeking to keep up with the community, Rob attends real estate related conferences and meets with real estate investment groups. His innovative cutting edge technological marketing skills assist his clients in the purchase or sale of their homes.

Rob is married and lives in the 4th and Gill area of Downtown Knoxville. Despite his busy real estate career, Rob has a balanced lifestyle where he spends his time with his family, playing word games, bowling, listening to local music, cooking and investigating new technological gadgets.
