He spent 16 years as a senior officer in the banking industry where his responsibilities included all real estate, commercial and mortgage lending activities for two national banks. His knowledge extends beyond fixed vs variable mortgages to include hybrid loans, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, 1031 exchanges, construction/perm financing, development loans, and bank underwriting among other things.
