I am a licensed Real Estate Agent serving the Memphis Metropolitan Area in new home residential sales since 1997. I am a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors' Multi Million Dollar Club. Currently, I am with Traditional Properties of Cordova, TN. My area of expertise includes qualifying new clients (buyers) in the areas of new home construction, proper financing, and closing the sale. In new construction, primary emphasis is placed on the buyer(s) starting with a contract, homesite location, and a potential date of closing and ending with honoring the contract, homesite completion, and closing with an attorney. I am assigned to an specific location that will service the needs of the buyer(s) throughout the Memphis Metropolitan Area. I am known for servicing my clients 100% through completion, then, keeping in contact with them after the sale. This gives the buyer(s) assurance that is needed for future concerns, client satisfaction, and referrals.
