Team Frazier - Broker/Owner

Nazarene has been licensed in the State of Tennessee since 1993. She is an advocate of staying up to date on what is going on in the marketplace. She considers herself to be a "gadget" person and tries to stay in tuned with cutting edge technology in the industry. She is the owner and founder of Southern REALTORS and strives to provide top notch service with the interest of the client always in the forefront.

She believes in the "golden rule" and strives everyday to keep this rule. She has been married for over 30 years and have 2 daughters and one granddaughter. Her oldest daughter is a nurse in the U.S. Airforce. Her youungest daughter was in the U.S. Marine Corp but who now works as part of the "Team Frazier". Nazarene's granddaughter, who is named Briana Nazarene Graham, is affectionately referred to as a "realtor in training or as a realtorette". Briana, who is age 10, loves touring properties, checking out foreclosures and taking notes for her "Grammie".

Nazarene leads a very simple life and does not take the things that life has to offer for granite. She loves all types of music and some day would love to play piano with emphasis on classical and gospel music. She truly enjoys surfing the internet and finding out new things. In her professional life, she has always been a top producer and she never forgets to be grateful for her achievements. She does feel, however, that her greatest achievement and one that has given her the most pleasure has been that of being a mom and a "grammie".

Nazarene has earned a number of designations held only by about 5% of all realtors nationwide. Along with the designations listed below, she also holds her Broker's license.
