Hi!! I will keep this brief because most of us now have an attention span of about 10 seconds unless something gets our attention. Basically my approach is to listen to what you want and then find it and show it to you. I never try to "sell" you because I belive the home will sell itself if it what you are looking for. What many people don't realize is that the key to buying a house is really negotiating. This doesn't always mean splitting the difference between the 2 parties but sometimes more creative and outside the box thinking so that everyone can walk away and feel like they won!
