Kimberly Clark

Raised in East TN, where I met my husband of 24 years who is a builder/developer of fine homes. We have two grown children and two dogs a cat and a ferret. I am a Girl Scout Leader, Trainer and Hamblen County Service Unit Manager for the last 14 years. I enjoy traveling, especially cruising.

I was first licensed in 1987 in Lakeland, FL. Then when we moved back to our home town in TN I joined the Lakeway Area Association of Realtors, where I am President of the 2008 Lakeway Area Women's Council of Realtors. I am also Principle Broker of ERA Key Realty located in Talbott, TN directly across from the Talbott Post Office on Hwy 11-E. I am an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Graduate of Realtor Institute, an e-PRO internet professional, and a member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society. I am also a Certified Residential Specialist Candidate. Unlike other real estate "old timers" I believe that education in the Real Estate field is essential to keeping current on real estate laws and changes. Ask your Realtor if they attend continuing education every year whether they HAVE TO or not, and what they've studied beyond to keep current!
