I am a proud REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty. My work is particularly fulfilling when I can see that I have helped a client achieve a goal or overcome a challenge. Providing feedback and negotiating on behalf of my client is a big part of my responsibility. I am invested in continuing education to be on top of the market, building techniques, and to keep my negotiating skills sharpened.

Of particular interest to me is Green Building and Sustainable Development. I love the logic of the process. It is a new way to harken back to the past, when people always looked for the best ways to save and sustain, in all areas of their lives. After being exposed to green building techniques and learning the key ways to have an energy efficient home, I can see that this is no longer a trend. It is the leading edge of a true shift in building. I want to help my clients be part of this movement, in order to secure the value of their homes.

Lake Travis, Spicewood, and the surrounding areas are one of my two areas of expertise. That encompasses many great communities and offers access to the highly regarded Lake Travis ISD. My other area is the condo market in Central Austin. I have my heart in both places, with appreciation for the life style benefits of each.

My background has always been in areas of service and communication-as a business owner in Houston and a fine art and documentary photographer, where ever the moment happened to be. Both required strong communication, listening skills and an attention to detail. I find that these qualities serve my real estate clients very well.

Previous business owner, for 17 years, in Houston, TX. Quest Personnel Resources, which is still successfully operating. I sold the business in 1997. During the years that I owned Quest, we were among the Top 50 Business Owned Companies in Houston.

The skills necessary to be successful in both personnel placement and real estate sales, are quite similar. An intuitive personality with strong communication skills. LIstening is the most important feature of good communication. A tireless approach to customer service. The ability to deliver unpopular information is also an important quality. Honesty and integrity are also very important. I have just described my own characteristics and what I believe has been the basis of my success.
