My offer to a buyer is simple, I will rebate 1% of the purchase price of your new home, directly back to you. For the typical purchaser, this is $3,000 cash back on a $300,000 home. If the seller or builder is offering additional incentives and bonuses, I pass on half of any monetary bonuses received.
