We have the ability to provide exclusive agency for both buyers and sellers, as well as serve as facilitators in any type of real estate transaction. - Research of current activity and sales of surrounding properties

Leasing and Management Services

Management services are specific to each investor’s needs, but generally include:

- Collection and deposit of a rents and security deposits
- Coordination of all tenant needs
- Maintenance coordination including 24/7 emergency services
- Maintenance of property’s appearance – “Nice places invite nice people!”
- Reliable contractors with trade fees and service calls starting at $25.00
- Interior property inspections
- Deposit reconciliation with tenants
- Monthly accounting and disbursement before the 15th of each month
- Copies of any/all invoices associated with expenses
- Rates vary per portfolio but range between 6% and 10%

When leasing property for owners we provide:

- Property/rental rate evaluations
- Extensive marketing campaign that is targeted specific for the property
- Competent and licensed leasing agents to show your property
- Presentation of all qualified offers and negotiation on behalf of owners
- Employment verification, rental history, credit and criminal background checks
- All original documents delivered and copies kept on file for three years
- Standard leasing fee of (1/2) half of the first month’s rent
