Pat Wilson-Thomas is more than just a normal Realtor® on Lake Conroe, she is also a property owner since 1981. Lake Conroe was just a weekend home for several years but she soon fell in love with the area and decided to make it her full time residence in 1984. Pat has owned property in several neighborhoods and continues to work where she calls home, Lake Conroe! As a permanent resident in Montgomery County she brings 19 years of knowledge of the area and a real passion for the place she calls home!

Pat is a full time real estate agent and has successfully continued her education in the real estate industry by earning her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation and is a recent graduate of the Luxury Home Institute. She is also a member of the Houston Associations of Realtor, National Association of Realtor, Texas Association of Realtors, and CRS Association.

While building her career she managed to raise two children--Gretchen, a graduate of Catawba College and now a teacher, and her son Shawn, a special needs child. In addition to her children she shares her life with Dalton, During her free time she and Dalton enjoy riding their Harley Davison motorcycles, collecting antique cars, boating activities on Lake Conroe, traveling, and just having fun together.
