1967 = Texas Real Estate Sales License; 1969 = Texas Real Estate Broker License; 1969/current = Member of Corpus Christi Association of Realtors (past president, two terms as director, chair of numerous committees & task forces), Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors; 1967 - 1974 = Myers Real Estate Company (with partner); 1975 - 1980 = co-owner of six Century 21 franchised offices which included all phases of real estate along with selected by my piers to serve on the 72 member National Brokers' Council for 4 years; 1981 - current: involvement in representing sellers, buyers and managing properties for owners, mentoring licensed agents, speaker @ Home Buyers' Seminar, New Agent Orientation, KIII TV "Ask a Realtor", business organizations, small group discussions, trained mediator for Nueces County Dispute Resolution Services, appointed by city council & mayor to City of Corpus Christi Human Relations Commission, selected by my piers as Realtor of the Year 2006!
