Tim Schutze

As a native Texan, Tim has lived in Dallas for over 40 years and has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry since 1978. He graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School and attended the University of Dallas and SMU. He received his real estate Broker’s license in 1979.

His first experience with Dallas residential real estate was during the mid to late ‘70’s when Dallas was experiencing its first condominium boom. He jumped into the market after attending college as an investor and salesman and has not looked back since. From the late 60’s, Tim has seen Dallas’ tremendous growth and now revitalization of many neighborhoods that reflect Dallas’ character. Tim has a keen interest in architecture and architectural history.

Tim understands that your home is your most important financial and emotional investment. Throughout his career, Tim gained experience in real estate sales, management, construction and marketing. He is known for his congenial and friendly personality and strong communication skills. He has broad experience in negotiating difficult contracts and knows how to protect his client’s interests. Tim currently serves on the Professional Ethics Committee for the Texas Association of Realtors.
Tim lives in the Park Cities with his wife Suzanne and their daughter who graduated from The Hockaday School and now attends Duke University.
