Al Jurado Jr.

Al is a native El Pasoan who is a Viet Nam veteran that served with the 5th Special Forces “A” Team in Viet Nam.
He has also served as one of El Paso Finest men in Blue, the El Paso Police Dept.where he was one of 18 men from a group of 250 to be picked for the first ever El Paso Police Dept. Foot Patrol Division.
He received his degree in criminal justice during his public serve (which served in keeping him out of trouble)
He later entered another field working for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company out of Dallas traveling thru out New Mexico from El Paso.
Working his way up from store manager to regional sales manager. After a major corporate downsizing he found himself out of job, a single Dad, and bills to pay. He decided to get into Real Estate and got his License in 1989
Since then he has been involved in GEPAR committees, functions, and events. As a member of the Gov’t affairs Comm. He was instrumental in bringing to GEPAR the El Paso County Early voting booths While in CIBA he organized community activities such as The Annual School Supply Drive, and the CIBA Blood Drive and has gained recognition for the Association

He is grateful for his military and law enforcement background that allowed him to gain training in team work and develop, planning, and organizing but it’s been working with his peers in the Real Estate industry where he has learned compassion,commimment, and true friendship.
