I have been in real estate for 3 years now and just LOVE it. I currently have the ABR designation which is the Accredited Buyers Representative. This means that I have taken extra educational classes to ensure my clients that I have stayed up with the current market place and with the new amendments to contracts that seem to change frequently. I also have the CNE designation--Certified Negotiation Expert--which means that this extra education will be put to work in negotiating your contract both for buyers and sellers. And I also hold the New Homes Sales Specialist designation for all my buyers that want to compare new homes with the pre-owned homes. I am currently enrolled in additional classes to further educate myself for the benefit of all my clients!! Hopefully you will be one of them!!
