Transaction Experience
I have coordinated the sale of a wide range of businesses from retail, to manufacturing and construction. Client confidentiality along with the highest degree of professionalism and ethical behavior are my pathway to successful closings.

Real Estate Sales and Appraisal
I have 20 years of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Sales and Appraisal experience. I have had exposure to many types of properties, ranging from a proposed subdivision, to shopping centers and other types of income producing properties.

Education
I have successfully completed in sequence through Capitalization- Part B the coursework offered by the Appraisal Institute. I have also had the benefit of attending Federal National Mortgage Association seminars on topics including appraisal guidelines and underwriting practices. I was awarded a B.A. and a Masters degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. I also attended Université Catholique de l'Ouest. in Angers, France (summer), under the sponsorship of the Commission on the Development of French in Louisiana (C.O.D.O.F.I.L). I was a certified teacher for ten years, before entering real estate and business brokerage.
