Native to the DFW area, Dena comes from a background in design and marketing. She has spent many years in construction and is currently co-owner of a remodeling company that she helped to start in 1998. Her creativity, attention to detail and flexible style combine to produce superior service. Utilizing state of the art technology allows her to keep her clients on the cutting edge of the ever changing market.
Dena services the entire DFW area, concentrating on the central cities of Arlington, Bedford, Coppell, Euless, Grand Prairie, Hurst, Irving, and Las Colinas. A local resident for over 35 years, she knows first hand the advantages the area has to offer.
She is a graduate of Texas Christian University, a current member of the Council of Residential Specialists, The Independent Brokers Network, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Collin County Board of Realtors. Dena is also a Zeta Tau Alpha alumnae and a member of the Scarlet O'Hatters of Irving. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Nichols Park Neighborhood Association.
In 2008 Dena was appointed to the first CRS Grassroots Advisory Panel for a 2 year term. She currently serves as an Education Ambassador for the Collin County Board of Realtors and is a member of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program Class IV.
Dena has earned recognition for outstanding performance in a rookie year, and earned the educational designation,
GRI, requiring additional hours of specialized education. She has also earned the highest professional designation, CRS, requiring additional specialized education in addition to meeting strict performance and production requirements. Dena is a Certified Texas Affordable Housing Specalist, and can help first time home buyers navigate the various assistance programs available.
Prior to starting her own brokerage, Dena was the Broker of Record for another brokerage in the area.
