David Rozier

With a twenty-five year career in the energy industry specializing in industrial project development, David brings to real estate the knowledge and expertise that only comes from the experience associated with structuring and negotiating complex transactions. After participating in over $600 million in industrial project financings on projects worldwide, David has turned his attention to developing a successful real estate business. David graduated cum laude with a Bachelors in Business from Dallas Baptist University where he also earned an MBA, and is a lifetime member of Delta Mu Delta, the National Honor Society in Business Administration.

After a successful career as a stay at home mom, Barbara jumped at the opportunity to work together with David in building a successful real estate business. Barbara brings to the team a high level of energy and the drive needed to effectively serve client needs. Her years of experience running and organizing the many community activities that their four children have been involved in gives Barbara a first hand understanding of the complex needs of families today. Barbara attended Southeastern Louisiana University majoring in Medical Technology.

Elizabeth joined the RozierTeam after 5 years of sales and marketing experience. She graduated in 2001 from Texas A&M University with a BA in History. Her vibrant personality and love for people make her an excellent buyer’s agent, putting the needs and wants of her clients as her # 1 priority.

David, Barbara and Elizabeth are members of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, the Houston Association of REALTORS®. David and Barbara are Accredited Buyer Representatives (ABR) through the BUYER’S AGENT Council (REBAC) with Barbara specializing in Relocation clients, and have achieved the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation (GRI). David also has a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license, a loan officer’s license and is a CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST (CRS).
