Trust and dependability are two of the most important traits when selecting a real estate agent. I strive for perfection in both of those categories. I can not count the times I have sat down with a home seller who said they tried to sell their home before with XYZ agent and the only time they saw them was to put the sign in the yard and when they called to pressure them to take a substandard offer for their home. It really makes my blood boil!

I strive to earn and keep trust. You may not like everything that I have to say, but it will always be the truth. I seek to be dependable and accessible. Many of my clients are repeat clients because they like the fact that I am only a phone call or email away and they know they will get almost immediate attention.

Most of the education requirements to obtain a real estate license are meaningless to the sale of real estate. However, I do have a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. A background in Psychology does come in handy during negotiations from time to time.

I completed all of my real estate training through Champions School of Real Estate and accredited through Tomball College. In an ever increasingly complex real estate world, I continually strive to take courses to keep me on the cutting edge of contracts, negotiations, marketing and ethics.

I have a team of people that I work with and refer to in order to navigate the perils of real estate. Home Inspectors, Mortgage Brokers, Pest Control specialists, Title company professionals and many others are part of who you are hiring when you hire an agent. I have longstanding relationships with the people I trust with mine and my clients business. Again, Trust and Dependability are important!
