I was born and raised in Texas almost 55 years ago and have lived in Central Texas since 1983. My father was a master Plumber and owned his own plumbing construction company. One of the things he did was to invest in real estate and he amassed quite a collection of residential properties which he "managed". Actually it was me that managed the properties even though I was just a teenager. I was my dad's employee earning minimal wages but the education that I learned doing that was priceless. I learned early on that real estate was a big money maker. In fact, when my father passed away in 1992, my mother did not have any financial worries because all the rental properties in single family homes and apartments left her with a very good income.
So, that is what I do. As a Realtor, I look for those properties that would make a good investment property. Not all property is suitable for that. I find those properties for myself and my clients who have a long term investment philosophy. I can help you find it. I can advise you on what to look for and what to stay away from. My true forte is helping people sell their properties. I consider myself a master listing agent. My former clients who have listed with me know that I counsel and advise them on not only what to price their property but also how to improve their chances for a quick and full priced sale.
