Hello, my name is Phil Kretchmar and I am married with 2 children. My wife Rochelle also works in the real estate field working with a developer, Landvest, and custom home builder, Randall Homes, along with being our office administrator at my RE/MAX Advantage office in Lewisville. Talk about being busy!

I have been a Realtor for a litle over 6 years in the Lewisville, Flower Mound, and Highland Village area and currently hold the ABR, ASR, and the e-PRO designation. I hold these designation is so I can give my clients much better and professional service.

The ABR stands for Accredited Buyer Representative. Here is a link to the REBAC webpage that explains in detail what ABR stands for.

The ASR stands for Accredited Seller Representative. Her is a link to the ASR webpage.

I also have been certified as an e-PRO Internet Professional by the National Association of Realtors Here is a link to the e-PRO webpage.

Feel free to visit my website, NorthTexasHome.com for more information.

Areas of Expertise
My area of expertise is in the internet and using technology to list and sell homes. I have two websites but I publish all my listings on multiple sites to get the best market exposure possible for my sellers. I also have single property websites for my listings so potential buyers can view and see information about a particular home using the home address in the URL such as www.1213denise.com . I find this give a web portal for potential buyers to see the home and its good features before they schedule a showing. I call it a visual tour on steroids. Today, the internet has taken over the newspapers for consumers. Of course, using a REALTOR is the best way to find the home of your dreams!

I am an accredited Buyer representative along with being an internet e-PRO professional. My other designation is accredited seller representative
