Phil Amodeo

Phil Amodeo’s real estate and business background spans more than 25 years of successful experience. A graduate of the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, he earned his Real Estate Broker’s license in the late 1970’s. After working in the home building industry for several years, Phil entered the real estate profession in early 1980’s in the Chicago area.

Phil left the real estate industry to become the Executive Director of a large statewide construction association and also spent a couple of years in the banking/investment industry. Several years ago, he was recruited to become the Executive Vice President of the Montana Association of REALTORS®. Phil then relocated to Las Vegas to once again pursue his real estate career before settling in North Texas.

Phil, and wife Cindy, have two grown children: Nick, active-duty in the Navy, stationed in Japan, with his wife, Miki; and Tiffany, who lives in Cincinnati.

The underlying common thread of Phil’s success can be summarized in one concept: building and maintaining relationships through excellent customer service and empathy for his clients.
