Darren launched his real estate career in the year 2000 in Pasadena, Texas with a local RE/MAX office there. He has extensive experience in residential sales along with specialized expertise in foreclosure and investment properties.

In addition Darren has worked as a maritime shipping agent for eleven years and during that time has served respected principals such as ExxonMobil, Shell, ConocoPhillips and Valero, among others, on countless occasions. Darren currently resides in Alvin with his lovely wife and three beautiful daughters. He serves as Lead Pastor of Hope Tabernacle in Alvin and volunteers as a Police Chaplain with the Alvin Police Department, Alvin ISD Police Department and Texas State Troopers. He has worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor for over 15 years and is a frequent speaker at community events related to Teen Drug Prevention. In his rare spare time, he enjoys reading and hunting.
