I have been in the real estate business for several years here in Montgomery Texas and Lake Conroe helping people learn about our area so they can make informed decisions when buying and selling their personal properties, as well as helping investors find the right properties that will maximize their cash flow and equity positions. Before entering the field of real estate I was in marketing and advertising for over 20 years, this has helped my business and my clients in more ways that I could have ever imagined through innovative strategies to help people obtain their goals. I enjoy living here in Lake Conroe with my wife and two sons where we have numerous activities to keep us busy as well as being involved with community events. I like the fact that I am able to work where I live as it keeps me up to date on what's going on around Montgomery and Lake Conroe. My oldest son just graduated from the exemplary Montgomery School District with honors and is currently employed at the April Sound Country Club where he hopes to be a chef someday, while my wife stays busy watching over our youngest son and home.
Expertise: There is certainly more to selling real estate than opening a few doors and letting people walk through a home. Knowledge of your local market would have to rank towards the top along with knowledge about writing and negotiating contracts as well as having connections with other professionals involved with the home buying and selling process. I have spent countless hours learning our local market as it pertains to real estate, which at the end of the day is really the best value that any real estate agent can offer to their clients. That along with my proven negotiating skills have made and saved my clients thousands of dollars over the years through numerous transactions for millions of dollars buying and selling Lake Conroe property.
Qualifications: I have continued to keep educating myself in the many facets of my business, such as but not limited to knowledge about writing contracts, taking title, reading surveys, working with home inspectors, escrow agents, appraisers, builders, appraisal districts and local home owners associations. I also continue my education taking as many real estate classes as I can find time for so as to be more informed for my clients. I am also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Houston Area MLS.
Goals: Creating Value for my clients. I specialize in servicing and selling property in and around the Lake Conroe, Conroe, Montgomery, The Woodlands and Magnolia areas of Montgomery County. By joining a smaller high end real estate boutique at Yeargain and Associates I have been able to surround myself with some of the best professionals in the business; that combined with the above mentioned components enables me to do the real job at hand; creating value for my clients. The clients that I work with can take comfort in knowing that I have taken the time and effort over the years through all these aspects, they also know that I take great pride about offering first rate service to them and am grateful for their business and referrals and would consider it an embarrassment if their transactions did not go smoothly.
Giving back to the community in which I live is also very important to me, therefore I donate a percentage of my commissions to local charities such as the Montgomery County Food Bank, Conroe Women’s Center, St Vincent De Paul and other worthwhile organizations.
