Jerry and I have lived in San Antonio all our lives. Our children reside here and our 7 grandchildren reside here. San Antonio is our Home Town! We have watched this city grow far beyond any of our imaginations. We grew up on the Southside of San Antonio, and there was no Northside. Northside is where San Antonio grew! We know everyone and everywhere. The "good subdivisions" and the "not so good subdivisions". We know where there is troubled soil movement, low water areas, good schools, not so good schools, good builders and not so good builders. Yes, I do believe our longtime residency in San Antonio is quite beneficial to our clients. No one in our neighbood does anything to their home, lawn, car or makes a purchase, until they call us first for a recommendation.

90% of our clients are referrals or past clients, both buyers and sellers. Of course these are the "Ideal Clients". There is not a better client than one that has come to you by recommendation on doing a great job! We do get quite a few "first time" buyers, as our reputation is one, that we treat our clients like our kids; therefore, a first time buyer feels comfortable in knowing that someone in the "family" is watching out for their best interests and well being.

My husband, Jerry Allen and I have been licensed Realtors for over 30 years, in San Antonio, Texas. We are members of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Our accreditations include, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative, Accredited Sellers Specialist and ePro (of which only 81 Realtors out of 7,000 in San Antonio have accomplished).

n 1998 RE/MAX International allowed Realtor Teams and we became known as “The Allen Realty Group”. During our team “tenor” we have been in the San Antonio Business Journals’ “Top Team” list for the last 10 years. This year our annual total sales exceeded $16,000,000.00, our best year ever!
