I am different for many reasons. To sellers I offer value with my Partnership in Selling Program. Another major difference between myself and other Realtors is my background. The area from North Houston/Spring over to Tomball north around Magnolia to Lake Conroe and South to The Woodlands is where I call home. A sum total of 33 years spent here minus a few in College Station and SFA. My first tours of duty post college were with local big new home constuction outfits and the side construction projects with my tiny building company Picasso Homes. Now I prefer to help others find good homes to live in for the best price. As a Certified Texas Builder I have built a couple hundred homes. I began my real estate career working for production home builders. I worked mainly as a construction manager but spent a year selling for them as well. I feel most comfortable helping buyers in the Spring, Tomball and The Woodlands. This is the area I grew up in and where I currently live.
