Wana Crouch

After graduating from Baylor University (a few years ago), Wana married the love of her life, Roy Crouch. Most of their married life they resided in the Houston area, but they have also lived in Lawton, OK. In 2001, Roy and Wana relocated to Tyler with their 5 children and felt they were coming home - back on Texas soil! Well, life has some ups and downs - just like the real estate market. So, with experience as licensed loan officers, Roy and Wana really understand how this market affects buyers and sellers. Now that Wana has her real estate license, she feels that she can assist buyers and sellers in understanding the current changes in the market. Wana is working with sellers to market their homes competitively, while assisting buyers in being strong borrowers, understanding their credit scores and making sure they can compare "apples with apples" in the home mortgage industry.
