I have lived in Cedar City since 1995 and have been selling real estate here since 2001. I grew up next to Bryce Canyon National Park and strongly believe there is no better place for the simple life and recreation than Utah.

Over the past four years, I have successfully negotiated over $8 million in real estate transactions.

Although a majority of the sales I have been involved with are single-family homes, most of my business focus is based upon investment and rental real estate.

I have obtained 190+ hours in real estate related coursework, with emphasis in contracts and forms, real estate tax advantages, syndication, zoning and land use, and creative financing.

Currently, I am nearing the final stages of syndication for The Reserve at Bryce Canyon, a vacation-home property site next to Bryce Canyon National Park. I have managed the project from its inception nearly 4 years ago and was involved with nearly every aspect of its creation, including the negotiation of the original land sale, the coordination of engineers, surveyors, and contractors, obtaining city approval, and marketing.
