Sandy Colburn

Meet Sandy Colburn, a California native who spent her childhood years in Iowa farm country in the Midwest. She moved to Southern California where she spent her teenage years close to the beaches, before moving to Utah. Sandy spent 20 plus years in Salt Lake City working as an IT Professional for Utah State before relocating to the Lake Powell area in 1997. She welcomes internet savvy clients and promotes listings on various web sites for greater coverage. Sandy is a Real Estate Webographer and in the process of acquiring her ePro designation.

The Real Estate business always fascinated Sandy, so after retiring from her IT career, she migrated into the Real Estate industry. First, working in the Southern Utah market in Kanab, Utah. Shortly thereafter, Sandy acquired her Arizona real estate sales license to work in the Northern Arizona market of Page and Lake Powell real estate at the Greenehaven office of Gunsight Realty. Sandy's Utah Affiliation changed in 2008 from brokerage in Kanab to Trophy Real Estate at Duck Creek, located in the pines on Cedar Mountain, Utah.

Sandy lives with her husband, Fred, Kiva the kitty, Squirt the kitten, and dogs Moki and Dodger. Sandy and Fred spend leisure time boating and fishing Lake Powell, ATV riding the gorgeous back-country of Southern Utah, or traveling in their RV.
