* As a Certified New Home Sales Professional, I can assist clients in evaluating new home developments. I personally tour every new development to stay updated on home styles, price ranges, nearby schools, shopping, etc.

* We'll work in partnership to sell your home as quickly as possible, and at the highest value. I use a 28 point marketing plan that addresses the nine issues that are critical to promoting your home properly, and to ensuring that your transaction runs smoothly from contract to closing.
* As a matter of policy, I limit the number of listings I work on at one time. You'll never be just a "number" when you work with me. Providing more service than you ask for takes time and concentration!

When you want to find a new home, you ask an advisor to help you evaluate homes you're interested in, and to negotiate a fair market price for your purchase. I offer more service than you might ask for.

* Many factors must be evaluated when you are buying a new home. I'll help you evaluate homes in which you are interested, and compare that home to others that meet your requirements. We'll consider important factors including layout, construction, schools, shopping, activity centers, entertainment, work commutes - and the list goes on.
* We'll also work together to make sure your financing strategy is in place before starting a home search. There is nothing more disappointing than finding your dream home, then learning that you can't afford it! In addition to lenders, I have a team of other professionals such as appraisers, inspectors, and escrow officers, who will work with us to eliminate or mitigate any possible setbacks in your real estate transaction.
