Kevin Kilpatrick

Kevin has been a licensed real estate agent & broker for over 13 years, helping buyers and sellers maximize their equity position at all times. He has lived in Salt Lake County most of his life and loves the lifestyle and opportunities here. He has 5 children and a new granddaughter and enjoys spending time with them. He spends time volunteering each week and you'll find him talking to buyers and sellers each day in surrounding neighborhoods.

Kevin graduated from Carbon High School and the College of Eastern Utah with an Associates Degree. He also attended the University of Utah. After spending several years in training and banking, he was licensed as a real estate agent in Utah in 1995. He sold new homes for a builder for three years, then became a licensed Principal Broker and company owner in 1999. He is now an Associate Broker with EXIT Select Realty and works in recruiting, listing and selling homes.
