Hi, My name is Evan Potvin, and I am here to help. If you have any real estate related questions, concerns about the market, or local properties that might be for sale, I want to speak with you.
Although selling real estate is my profession, I’m not going to try and “sell” you anything, nor will I try to causally seduce you into selling your home. I am simply here to provide information at your request so that you have an undistorted understanding of what is happening in the real estate market, on a national level, and more importantly on a local level. If at some point down the road you do decide to buy or sell a property, I will be there to help.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Vermont Association of Realtors, and the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors. I have an associates degree in Business Administration with a specialization in real estate., and multiple certificates in related business fields.
